　　If you’re a martial artist, then it’s pretty obvious that Bruce Lee is a person that is worth modeling. The level to which he developed both his body and his mind in the pursuit of martial arts was simply incredible。

He started out with huge goals in life and achieved so much that he definitely has some motivational life lessons we can learn from。

Lesson #1 – Life Purpose

　　You only have one life in this body so make the most of it by creating something that adds value to those around you。

Lesson #2 – Limits

第2堂課：限制條件

　　“If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them?！?/P>

　　You will only grow to the limits that you place on yourself (and let others place on you). To truly reach your potential you must forget limits and realize you will never reach your full potential in this lifetime。

　　你給自己設(shè)限(或讓別人為你設(shè)限)你只能到達(dá)設(shè)限點(diǎn)的高度而已。要真正發(fā)揮你的潛能，你必須拋開條條框框的束縛限制，否則此生你將永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)認(rèn)為自己會(huì)發(fā)掘出自己的全部潛能。

Lesson #3 – Happiness

第3堂課：幸福快樂

　　“Be happy, but never satisfied?！?/P>

　　“要幸?？鞓?，卻不滿足于此?！?/P>

　　Allow yourself to be happy now and don’t wait until you’ve reached some arbitrary goal. However, remember that everything in life is either growing or dying, so choose which one you prefer for your life。

Lesson #4 – Self Image

第4堂課：自我形象

　　“I’m not in this world to live up to your expectations and you’re not in this world to live up to mine?！?/P>

　　“As you think, so shall you become?！?/P>

　　“你想成為什么樣的人，就真的會(huì)成為那樣的人?！?/P>

　　You define yourself–no one else. So when you create an incredible self image for yourself you will naturally grow into your own amazing expectations。

　　自己明確自己的形象，而不是讓別人來定義你的形象。所以在打造一個(gè)了不起的自我形象過程中，你自然會(huì)成長(zhǎng)為讓自己都出乎意料的形象。

Lesson #5 – Goals

第5堂課：設(shè)定目標(biāo)

　　“A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at?！?/P>

　　“目標(biāo)，不一定總是要達(dá)到，目標(biāo)往往只是用來幫助你瞄準(zhǔn)方向?！?/P>

　　Any goal can be reached when given enough time. So let go and just start moving in the right direction。

　　只要時(shí)間充裕任何目標(biāo)都可以達(dá)到。所以，放開手開始朝著正確的方向前進(jìn)。

Lesson #6 – Learning

第6堂課：不斷學(xué)習(xí)

　　“A wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a fool can learn from a wise answer?！?/P>

　　“Take no thought of who is right or wrong or who is better than. Be not for or against。”
