­　　3月8日，在兩會(huì)記者會(huì)上有外媒記者提到南海問(wèn)題， 王毅回應(yīng)：歷史終將證明，誰(shuí)只是匆匆過(guò)客，誰(shuí)才是真正的主人。

­　　菲律賓的一意孤行，顯然有幕后指使和政治操作。對(duì)于這樣一場(chǎng)走了調(diào)、變了味的所謂仲裁，中國(guó)恕不奉陪……在南海這個(gè)舞臺(tái)上，曾經(jīng)有過(guò)殖民侵略，有過(guò)非法侵占，現(xiàn)在又有人興風(fēng)作浪，還有人炫耀武力。但是就像潮水來(lái)了又退去一樣，這些圖謀最終都不會(huì)有結(jié)果。歷史終將證明，誰(shuí)只是匆匆過(guò)客，誰(shuí)才是真正的主人。

This so-called arbitration has become tainted and gone astray, and China is not going to humor it...Over the years, the South China Sea has seen colonial invasion and illegal occupation. ­　　同一場(chǎng)記者會(huì)上有日本記者提問(wèn)“如何改善中日關(guān)系”，王毅批評(píng)日本領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人是典型的“雙面人”。

­　　由于日方在歷史等問(wèn)題上的錯(cuò)誤做法，這些年中日關(guān)系確實(shí)傷得不輕。盡管在雙方有識(shí)之士努力下，兩國(guó)關(guān)系出現(xiàn)了改善跡象，但是前景仍然不容樂(lè)觀。因?yàn)槿毡菊皖I(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，一方面不斷地聲稱要改善日中關(guān)系，一方面又不斷到處給中國(guó)找麻煩。這實(shí)際上是一種典型的“雙面人”的做法。中日兩國(guó)比鄰而居，隔海相望，兩國(guó)人民也有著友好的傳統(tǒng)，我們當(dāng)然希望中日關(guān)系能夠真正地好起來(lái)。但是俗話說(shuō)“治病要斷根”，對(duì)中日關(guān)系而言，病根就在于日本當(dāng)政者的對(duì)華認(rèn)知出了問(wèn)題。面對(duì)中國(guó)的發(fā)展，究竟是把中國(guó)當(dāng)作朋友還是敵人？當(dāng)做伙伴還是對(duì)手？日方應(yīng)該認(rèn)真想好這個(gè)問(wèn)題，想透這個(gè)問(wèn)題。

­　　Japan"s wrong approach to history and other issues in recent years has dealt a body blow to China-Japan relations. Thanks to the efforts of wise people on both sides, there are signs of improvement in the relationship, but I don"t see any grounds for optimism. On the one hand, the Japanese government and leaders say nice things about wanting to improve relations. On the other hand, they are making trouble for China at every turn. This is a typical case of double-dealing.

­　　China and Japan are neighbors facing each other across the sea and there is a tradition of friendship between our people. Of course, we want to see real improvement in China-Japan relations. But as a saying goes, to cure a disease, you have to address the underlying problem. As far as China-Japan relations are concerned, the underlying problem is that some politicians in Japan have the wrong perception about China. Do they view a growing China as a friend or a foe, a partner or an adversary? The Japanese side needs to give serious thought to this question and make the right choice.
